The questions people actually ask before buying something like this, answered without the marketing.

Before you buy

Is it safe to put on a clinic website?

No. No clinical advice, no diagnosis and no medication answers — it answers only from your own pages, and the limit is enforced in our code on every answer rather than asked for in a prompt.

What happens when it does not know?

It says it does not have that, and your team gets the question with the whole conversation. It never guesses, because a confident wrong answer about your business is worse than no answer.

Do you need the phone answered, or the website?

That kind of tool answers the phone. We do not — no voice, ever. We answer the website, the contact form and the enquiry inbox, which is where the enquiries you are losing actually arrive.

How fast do you have to reply?

Fast enough that the enquirer has not already contacted someone else — which in practice means minutes, not the next working day.

Can it book into my practice software?

No. It captures the request with everything you need and emails your team to confirm. Nothing is ever written into your practice system.

What should this cost?

The published market is $199 to $999 a month depending on how much of the front desk it covers. Ours starts lower because it does one job.
