Can it book appointments into my practice software?

No. It captures the request with everything you need and emails your team to confirm. Nothing is ever written into your practice system.

What it does

Someone asks to book. The assistant takes what you need — who, which animal, roughly when, and how to reach them — and emails it to your front desk. A human confirms.

Nothing is booked behind your back, no slot is held, and nothing is written into your practice software.

Why we stop there

Writing into a practice system means holding credentials for it, and putting two appointments in one slot, or deleting one, in a system that runs your day. That is a much bigger promise than we can keep for what this costs, and it is the kind of promise that is fine until the week it is not.

Direct booking into ezyVet, Provet or whatever you run is a real product and other vendors do it well. US clinics already pay $200 to $600 a month for a messaging platform, and $200 to $350 more for online booking. If that is what you need, buy that — we are not it.

What you get instead

Every request, in one place, with the whole conversation attached — including the ones that arrive at 2am and the ones where somebody changed their mind halfway through. Your team does the thirty seconds of judgement that stops two people being booked into the same slot.

Try it rather than take our word for it

Paste your own web address. You get a working assistant trained on your own pages in about two minutes, free, and you can ask it the awkward questions yourself.

We read the public pages of the address you give us, we obey your robots.txt, and we email you the link. Three a day per visitor. No card, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
