Do you need an AI receptionist, or a website assistant?
That kind of tool answers the phone. We do not — no voice, ever. We answer the website, the contact form and the enquiry inbox, which is where the enquiries you are losing actually arrive.
The honest distinction
Tools sold as an AI receptionist answer your phone with a synthetic voice. We do not do that and we are not going to: we do not build voice agents, we do not resell them, and there is no phone number in this product anywhere.
What we do is the written side. Someone reads your website at 9pm and types a question. Someone fills in your contact form on a Sunday. Someone emails and waits. Those get answered in seconds, from your own pages, and anything we cannot answer reaches a person with the whole conversation attached.
Which one you need
If your problem is a ringing phone nobody can reach — a workshop, a van, a surgery in progress — then voice is the thing to look at, and it is not us.
If your problem is the enquiries that arrive in writing and sit there, this is the cheaper and more predictable fix. It never mishears a name, there is no hold music, and you can read every word it said.
Why we will not sell you both
A voice agent that mishears a dose, an address or a surname is a different class of risk from a written assistant whose every answer is on the record and screened before it is shown. We have not built one and we will not claim we have.
Plenty of businesses sensibly run both, from two suppliers. That is a fine answer.
Try it rather than take our word for it
Paste your own web address. You get a working assistant trained on your own pages in about two minutes, free, and you can ask it the awkward questions yourself.
We read the public pages of the address you give us, we obey your robots.txt, and we email you the link. Three a day per visitor. No card, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
