Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
Anurag Dial, trading as GraySpark.ai, ABN 81 991 438 742, of 3 Longstaff Court, Doncaster East VIC 3109, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: andy@grayspark.ai.
2. What we provide
An AI assistant that answers enquiries on your website, by email and on your web forms, using content from your own website; capture of appointment and enquiry requests, emailed to an address you nominate; and a log of every conversation, available to you.
We do not provide a telephone service, a voice agent, or SMS messaging. If we add SMS, it will be after carrier registration and we will tell you before it is switched on.
3. What the assistant does and does not do
The assistant answers from the content we read from your website and the FAQ built from it. It does not answer from general knowledge. When it cannot answer, it says so and passes the question to the address you nominated.
It is configured to refuse categories of answer that are not ours or yours to give: clinical, medical, veterinary, legal and financial advice; price quotes where you have asked us not to quote; and questions about characteristics protected by discrimination law. These limits are enforced in our software on every answer.
It is software and it can be wrong. You are responsible for the content on your website that it answers from, and for reviewing the conversation log we give you. We are not responsible for a decision you or your customer makes on the basis of an answer. Nothing it says is professional advice.
4. Emergencies
Where your business receives urgent enquiries, you must give us an emergency telephone number before we switch the assistant on, and we will not switch it on without one. A message the assistant identifies as urgent is answered with that number first. This is not an emergency service and the assistant cannot assess an emergency.
5. Your content
You confirm you have the right to let us read your website and use its content in answers to your customers. We read only pages that are publicly available, we honour your robots.txt, and we stay on your own domain. You can ask us to re-read your site, or to delete what we hold, at any time.
6. Your customers' data
Conversations on your site are your customers' data and you are the one with the relationship to them. We process it to run the assistant for you. See our privacy policy for what we hold, where, and for how long.
7. Price, payment and cancellation
Prices are shown on the page for your industry, in the currency shown. Billing is monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months, and we do not lock you into a term.
A founding-customer discount, where offered, is 50% off for the first 6 months, after which the standard price applies. It is limited to 5 customers per industry and is conditional on your agreeing at checkout that we may write up your results as a case study. That agreement is recorded with your subscription.
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice by email. A change does not apply to a founding-discount period already running.
8. Fair use
Your plan covers the assistant answering your own customers on your own website. If the assistant is used in a way that costs us many times what your plan recovers — an automated loop, for instance, or an embed on a site that is not yours — we may ask you to stop, and until it stops the assistant will hand enquiries to your team rather than answer them. We will tell you when this happens and why.
9. Availability
We do not offer a service-level guarantee. The assistant runs on third-party infrastructure and will sometimes be unavailable. When it is, your enquiry forms and email keep working as they did before you met us.
10. Ending it
You can cancel at any time. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if the service is being used unlawfully or in breach of clause 8. On ending, remove the snippet from your site; we delete your content on request and in any case within 90 days.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are outside Australia, this does not take away a right you have under your own local consumer law.
13. Changes
We will post changes here and email you about anything material at least 30 days before it takes effect.
