Where LetHub is the better answer

LetHub does more of the leasing job than we do today — prequalification and viewing bookings are real features there and not here. What we have is month to month with nothing to pay up front. If you are managing 50 to 150 doors and do not want a year-long contract to find out whether this helps, start with us.

We would rather tell you that now than have you cancel in a month. There is no contract either way.

Questions

Is this comparison up to date?

It was checked in October 2026 against LetHub’s own published pages. Vendors change their products and their pricing; if something here is wrong, email andy@grayspark.ai and we will correct it.

Why are some rows "not published" rather than "no"?

Because we only state what a vendor publishes about itself. Several comparison articles online will tell you confidently what LetHub does not do, and their source is usually another vendor. "Not published on its pricing page" is what we can actually verify, and you can check it in one click.
